Capoeira is a great art form for kids!
In this class, kids explore body awareness through flexibility, strength & mobility elements.
Additionally, kids learn rhythm, language and history through music.
We value an environment where kids are safe, respected and challenged to grow in healthy and supportive ways.

Capoeira Music Class
In this class, we explore the musicality in capoeira.
This class is divided in modules that are 4 weeks long.
Each module will have a new material covered.
Having access to a berimbau, a pandeiro e an atabaque is preferred, but not necessary to join the class!
