Join us for a powerful night where Brasil takes over Creole & Sliders' kitchen - celebrating the delicious connections of Afro-diasporic cuisine! From the shared roots of Brasilian and Creole cuisine to the rhythms that connect Brazilian jazz and New Orleans jazz, this night celebrates deep cultural ties.
Come hungry, come curious, and come support!
We’re bringing the Brasilian flavors and the stories they share with Creole cuisine with two meal options to choose from: Moqueca Baiana (Brasilian Fish Stew) & Baião de Dois (Rice, Beans, Jerked beef & Sausage) alongside a sweet twist: bolo de fubá with goiabada stepping in to remix the cornbread tradition.
All funds raised go towards our Festivadiar Cultural event in August 2026.
